Occupied Jerusalem: Elor Azarya is a medic with the Israeli occupation forces and a key follower of the Kach movement which was founded by Rabbi Meir Kahana known for his hatred for Palestinians whom he believes should be expelled from Israel.
Azarya worte on his Facebook page “Kahana was right”, a slogan used by supporters of the Kach movement and its founder, Kahana, who called for the total expulsion of Palestinians from the Land of Israel.
Azarya has been a devoted follower and an active member of Beitar Jerusalem soccer club which is known for its anti-Arab activities and campaigns. Azarya has taken part in many rallies calling for “death for Arabs”.
Azarya liked the Facebook pages of Israeli leaders who have incited violence or genocide against Palestinians such as Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked and former foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman as well as the Facebook page of Baruch Marzel, the leader of the Kach movement.
Israeli media has not published his name and has blurred his face in pictures and video due to a regime gag order on Azarya’s identity.
