Dubai: A strategic partnership was signed between Emirates Post Group and Dubai Polcie that allows the former to adopt the best practices and strategies invented by the police to raise its efficiency across the country.

Senior officials from both government departments yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will enhance their administration and enable them to become strategic partners..

“We have 117 post offices in the UAE, so as strategic partners, Dubai Police can use any of our venues to carry out a campaign and raise awareness among our customers,” said Abeer Al Hosani, manager of the Department of Strategic Planning and Excellence at Emirates Post Group.

The MoU was signed between Major General Khamis Matar Al Mazeina, Deputy Chief of Dubai Police, and Fahad Al Hosani, Acting President of Emirates Post Group.

“Dubai Police will provide advice in preparing a strategic plan and how to make its practices excellent. Our cooperation also focuses on spreading information easily between us, and to extend information and our expertise in the field of training employees,” said Maj Gen Al Mazeina.

“The success of Emirates Post is also the success of Dubai Police,” he added.
