Amman: For the first time outside the UAE, Make-A-Wish Foundation UAE has fulfilled the wishes of 18 Jordanians of the King Hussain Cancer Foundation (KHCF) during the ceremony held by the HCC in the Jordanian capital, Amman.

Aged six to eighteen, the patients suffering from acute lymphatic leukaemia, bone cancer and malignant kidney tumours, received a number of smartphones and electronic games of various kinds. These donations came from the Holy Quran weekly radio programme in Abu Dhabi in cooperation with Make-A-Wish Foundation UAE.

The event was attended by Princess Dina Mired, Director-General of the KHCF, Dr Hamad Karam, Cultural Attache at UAE Embassy in Amman, Noha Al Shurbaji, Director of Make-A-Wish UAE Foundation, a number of other officials, medical staff and relatives.
