Issue with billing

I have a billing issue with etisalat as I have not been getting proper response from 101 as well as from their business centre.

I have changed from pre-paid to post paid, and at the time of changing, I requested for a 1GB data plan and flexible minutes so fixed charges were Dh50 + Dh50, which is Dh100.

However, I received a bill for Dh750 and the data usage was 550. When I enquired, they said there was no package activated at the time of conversion. But I received an SMS for activation of the 1GB plan. I showed them the same SMS, yet they are not ready to accept and will not listen and resolve the issue. I have raised three complaints so far.
