Abu Dhabi: The UAE has strongly condemned the terrorist attack, targeting a security patrol in Al Masoura district in Qatif province, Saudi Arabia.
A statement issued on Friday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said that UAE condemns the terrorist act, and calls for concerted efforts of international community in confronting this scourge and addressing it as a global phenomenon that threatens international security and stability.
The ministry also reiterated its persistent and principled position against all forms and manifestations of terrorism that target all regardless of their religion and race.
The ministry expressed the UAE’s condolences to the government and the people of the Saudi Arabia as well as to the family of the martyr, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
