Elementary school for boys is latest target of arson attack in Bahrain
Manama: An elementary school for boys has become the latest target of an arson attack in Bahrain.
An education ministry spokesperson said that Ibn Tufail School in Hamad Town, in central Bahrain, was attacked on Tuesday by a group of people who started a fire on the school fence.
"The watchmen were able to put the fire out with the equipment they had and alerted the competent authorities," the ministry said.
The attack is the 24th since the beginning of the school year in late September.
