Thiruvananthapuram: A woman and her son in Kottarakara in south Kerala are accused of attempting to cause serious hurt to a young man who is believed to be the friend of the woman’s daughter.
The incident happened around midday on Thursday. Local media reported that the woman and her son had seen the girl going on a motorbike with her friend, identified as Paul M.
The woman and her son then followed the girl and her friend in a car. After the teenager friend had dropped the girl at a certain place and was travelling alone, the woman and her son are accused of knocking the bike down with their car.
The teenager was admitted in a local hospital, with minor injuries. Local residents handed over the mother-son duo to the police.
