Dubai: A man is currently recuperating in intensive care after falling from the window of a residential building on Wednesday.
The young Asian man fell from the apartment of the third floor in Ajman, according to hospital officials.
The operations room at Ajman Police, when notified of the incident, immediately dispatched a unit of police and paramedics.
The victim was then transferred to Shaikh Khalifa Hospital, where according to hospital officials, the man sustained serious injuries to his legs, pelvis and spine.
The victim, identified as A.A, underwent surgery to rectify the fractures and although in a weakened condition, administrators at the hospital said that the swift response of paramedics played a large role in saving the young man’s life.
