When situations change in our lives, we tend to get anxious. While it is not possible to eliminate the feeling of anxiety from the mind, it is possible to manage and control it so that it does not affect our daily lives.

As we come to the end of this series, let us look at Bhramari Pranayama or the humming bee sound to manage our anxiety. This posture instantly calms down the mind and is one of the best breathing exercises to help the mind get rid of anger, agitation, frustration or anxiety.

Note: Though these postures are easy to do and can be practised at home as all the other exercises, it’s advisable to consult a doctor before starting them.
