What do you always have in your fridge?

Lean protein like salmon or chicken; lots of green vegetables, especially kale and asparagus; wholegrain toast, so it lasts longer; and healthy protein shakes. I invented my own shake with chocolate protein powder mixed with powdered peanut butter, frozen kale and ice.

What's your ultimate on-the-go snack?

I always carry around a green apple and raw almonds in case I get hungry.

How do you get your five-a-day?

At breakfast, I usually have a shake made with kale and at lunch and dinner, I always have fresh, steamed vegetables like carrots and broccoli. As a snack, I eat a green apple and for dessert, I love strawberries and blueberries.

How much water do you drink?

I try to drink at least eight glasses a day. To make it easier, I carry a reusable water bottle everywhere with me. I add flavour with lemon or unsweetened cranberry juice.

What's your ultimate eating-out tip?

Rather than filling up on heavy, creamy dishes, I choose a lean protein with vegetables and always drink water with my meal. Soda is a huge source of hidden calories.

What are your indulgences?

Dark chocolate and red wine - I'd rather spend my calories on those than on junk food or candy.

My healthy eating tip

1. Eat lots of fruit, vegetables and wholegrains, like brown rice or quinoa.

2. Avoid white flour, processed foods, alcohol and sugar. I've learned that what's good for my body is what makes me feel good.

3. If you eat healthily, there's no need to deny yourself the occasional treat. Instead of eliminating certain foods you love, simply reduce.

What the nutritionist says: "Bobbi's eating habits are good and her snack choices, eating out and healthy eating tips are great. Bobbi also eats a good variety of fruits and vegetables, while her oily fish and water intake are excellent. A small amount of dark chocolate and one glass of red wine provide a good source of antioxidants but over-indulgence in these areas could be counter-productive. I'd recommend that Bobbi introduce carbohydrates with her main meals - brown rice, quinoa, couscous, steamed new potatoes, or lentil soup. This would provide a few more calories and help with energy levels."
