INGREDIENTS

 

• 3/4 of steel cut organic oats

• 3/4 cup of rice ( any other non-dairy milk will do)

• 1 ripe mashed banana

• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• 1 tsp date syrup (or any other sweetener)

 

METHOD

 

1. Add all ingredients to a small pot on medium heat.

2. Stir for five minutes.

3. Add in any optional toppings, such as nuts, nut butters or berries.
