Sharjah: Shaikha Jawaher Bint Mohammad Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, and Barbara A. Leaf, US Ambassador to the UAE, reviewed means to boost bilateral ties.
During the meeting, Shaikha Jawaher highlighted the importance of values, education and culture in achieving stability in society, saying that they are playing a key role in encouraging individuals to live with one another and coexist in harmony, regardless of their nationalities, faiths or affiliations, as humanity is the common denominator of the people around the world.
The meeting touched on the social and cultural experience of Sharjah, highlighting its sustainable attention to children and women and its leading role in providing them with educational and professional opportunities for full empowerment.
