No sign is better at making even the most challenging of situations or encounters seem both easy and gracious. You can be the proverbial swan, sailing along the water serenely but paddling like mad under the surface. This might be difficult at first but you’ll soon realise that being this direct actually makes life a lot easier.

While it’s true, planning ahead is a virtue, doing too much of it now could actually cause you problems. In fact, judging by October’s planetary activity and the changeable situations it indicates, even the simplest of arrangements should be regarded as tentative. This allows you to rethink things, frequently, if necessary.
Taurus April 19 – May 19
It’s easy to be drawn into justifying both existing plans and your perspective. The questions others pose may seem no more than conversational, but they are, in fact, prying. If you sense this, be blunt. Ask the reason they want to know. Their reaction will tell you everything about their intentions.
Gemini May 20 – June 19
Often decisions are clear cut. At the moment, however, there’s a fine line between a tentative agreement and a more lasting commitment. This is as much due to unsettled circumstances as it is to uncertain feelings. Whatever the case, urgent as things seems, a slow pace is better for everybody.
Cancer June 20 – July 21
Sooner or later a showdown with certain stubborn individuals seems inevitable. The trouble is, they can’t see there are problems, so refuse to discuss your concerns. That being the case, proceed making plans and dealing with the matters in question on your own. If others object, it’s their issue, not yours.

Somebody seems to be determined to pin the blame for unfortunate events on one particular individual. This doesn’t directly influence you. But, still, you’re familiar with the details and know it’s unfair. Speak up. First discreetly and then, if necessary, be more forthright. It’s the right thing to do.

The time has come to reflect on your priorities. Recent rather dramatic situations haven’t just been challenging, they’ve caused you genuine concern. While you did what you could, your efforts have had little impact. For now, back off. You don’t need a new plan, you need an entirely fresh perspective.

After a period of over two months in the most strategic portion of your chart, Mercury, the planet of ideas and communication has moved into Libra. Finally, instead of tiptoeing around certain issues, you can address these frankly and openly. The sooner you do, the more swiftly they’ll be resolved.

Being a thorough and painstaking Scorpio, before making a plan, you’ll gather information, think everything through, then craft as perfect an arrangement as possible. Now, however, the pace is so swift you’re being forced to throw things together willy-nilly. Do it. This will enable you to make frequent, and necessary, changes.
