Amy Saunders, founder and lead trainer at Urban Energy Fitness, says, “Before the Life Challenge starts, we will ask each participant to keep a detailed threeday food diary. We will also bring them into the office for a Body Composition Assessment, which will give us some detailed body stats to compare with the results at the end. We will analyse their food diary and offer advice on any changes they need to make. We will provide them with nutritional strategies to guide them along the way and will keep in touch over the course of the challenge to help them stay on track, to answer any questions they may have and
to keep them focused on their goals.”

The fitness programme includes unlimited access to over 25 weekly scheduled classes including circuit training, cardio boxing or kickboxing, running, Aqua Fitness, Skiptrix and mat Pilates.
