Poor Dusya was left behind by her first family when they decided to leave the country. She likes her chin rubbed and likes a seat on your lap, she has a velvety, soft fur and is quite laid back. BM - Wags and Purrs

BM was rescued from a car engine in front of a BMW showroom in Abu Dhabi, hence she has earned her name. She is very playful and loves her belly rubs. She gets along well with almost any cat, plays like a kitten and if you pass by her without blowing a kiss or rubbing her head she will ask for them! Rescued from a hoarder’s home, Pearl did not have a normal start in life. She is a cuddly girl, does not mind being held and would give generous kisses all day long. Pearl is around a year old. Pretty - Wags and Purrs

Pretty was also rescued from a hoarder’s home. She, like Pearl, did not have the best start in life. She has settled well and frequently demands cuddles and kisses. She will sit by your side and if ignored long enough will grab your hand to let you know it is time for a kiss. Ginger - 38 Smiles

Ginger was found with her face and body covered with burn wounds. She spent the whole summer at the vet recovering from her ordeal. She was later spayed and fully vaccinated and only recently was lucky enough to find a foster home. She has now started to show her true colours: friendly, loving and quite playful. Trish - 38 Smiles

Trish is our bob tail cat, she unfortunately had to have her tail amputated as it was broken but has recovered well since then and is ready to find a forever home. She is loving and sweet and has a great potential to be the perfect pet as she is outgoing and loves human affection. Hope - 38 Smiles

Hope is six months old, fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. She was rescued as a kitten alone, without a mother. She was adopted by another feline mother with four other kittens. She is a shy, quiet kitten but likes to play with her brothers and sisters and loves to cuddle at night. She is the perfect apartment cat to a family with no small children. Chica - Ras Al Khaimah Animal Welfare Centre (RAK AWC)

Chica is a beautiful lady and a very loving and affectionate dog. She is small to medium in size. Chica gets along with almost every dog and certainly all people, big and small. She comes across as a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she becomes wonderful and playful. She walks on a leash with ease and can sit, lie down and wait on command and is house trained. Karas - K9 Friends

Brought in by the Dubai Municipality along with 23 other puppies, Karas is a cute and fluffy little thing; one of a litter of ten. Mum, Carrot, was with them. She is a short-legged dog so we don’t expect these puppies to be large. Cute pup, medium sized and nine months old. Very friendly but gets scared sometimes, so needs cuddles! Marshmallow has the sweetest nature and will give much love to her new carer. She is very timid and will take some time adjusting to her new surroundings. Her two daughters have been fostered out so now it is just her; she would love a new family to love and take care of her, take the time to play with her and show her lots of affection. She will get on well with other cats if they are of a quieter disposition and she might even enjoy having the company of another cat.
