Spanish hotel chain RIU will make their Middle East debut with a beachfront hotel on Dubai’s Deira Islands. Set for a 2019 opening, the 800-room hotel is being developed in partnership with Nakheel and will include a waterpark. You can also look forward to seven F&B outlets, three swimming pools, a fitness complex and a children’s club. The hotel will be located next to the upcoming Deira Mall and the Deira Islands Night Souk.
