Zima Holding Co., a Kuwait-based company, is expected to list shares on one of the UAE’s stock markets.

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the UAE’s market regulator, said on Tuesday it has approved an application for the registration and subsequent listing on the markets submitted by Zima Holding.

SCA did not disclose further details on where Zima will be listed or when. There are currently 127 companies listed on the UAE’s financial markets, 111 of which are local companies.
