Dubai: Guardian Wealth Management, a multinational financial planning firm, said it has launched a dedicated Corporate Solutions division due to ever-increasing demand for corporate planning in the UAE.

The corporate specialists will provide services to business owners under organisational development, financial management and investment planning. They will help companies and employees with everything from insurance for employees through to shareholders, business loan protection and company pension planning.

The move comes as it was reported that 22,000 SME’s were set-up in the UAE in 2015, a figure that is expected to be even higher for 2016. What’s more, SME’s count for 42 per cent of the workforce in Dubai, therefore there is a clear market for specialist advice for business-owners.

“There are fundamental considerations when running a business such as staff well-being and security, corporate governance and exit strategy, therefore we want to provide a professional service that will ease the burdens on business-owners so that they can concentrate on successfully running their companies,” Mike Coady, Chief Commercial Officer at Guardian Wealth Management Group said.
