Dubai: Limitless’ joint venture Moscow project is handing over 46 apartments and six townhouses in the Zagorodny Kvartal joint venture project, the Dubai-based developer stated on Thursday.

The 384 units, 338 apartments and all 46 townhouses are all expected to be handed over this year at the joint venture, which is between Dubai’s Limitless and Moscow’s RDI Group.

Four apartment buildings and 27 townhouses are due to be handed over by the end of this April.

The project spreads across 14 hectares and has 14 residential buildings containing a total of 728 apartments, plus 46 townhouses, retail facilities and an 8,000 square metre park.

Thirteen apartment buildings and 40 townhouses are under construction at phase one, where building work is around 60 per cent complete.

Limitless stated that 370 apartments and 32 townhouses have already been purchased. The project is open to all investors in the UAE. The project is 24 kilometre’s north-west of Moscow and is being built along the Moscow Canal.

Outside of Russia, Limitless has projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam.
