Dubai: Dr Fred Kofman, Vice-President of Leadership and Organisational Development at LinkedIn, the business and employment-oriented social networking service, recently took part in a special workshop in Dubai about executive leadership transformation that was hosted by Dubai and Water Electricity Authority, Dewa.
Dewa’s top officials attended the workshop to learn about the role of senior leadership in policy development and innovation.
“Dr Kofman commended Dewa’s senior leadership, who believe in change according to a specific vision. They identify the projects and strategic initiatives according to change management and work,” Dewa said in a press release.
Dewa regularly organises programmes and special courses to train and prepare its leaders and staff to improve their leadership skills and provide the best services to enhance the competitiveness of the UAE and Dubai in particular, said Saeed Mohammad Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dewa.
