Abu Dhabi: Etihad Airways celebrated its fifth anniversary of service to Japan with a cocktail reception in Tokyo and Nagoya attended by key industry clients and airline partners.
The route has since carried over 732,000 passengers, and thousands of tonnes of cargo to and from Japan.
Etihad entered the Japanese market in February 2010 with five weekly flights between Nagoya and Abu Dhabi, via Beijing. The route became a daily operation on in March 2014.
