Sharjah: Sharjah Police are investigating the circumstances behind the death of a 29-year-old Arab man found dead in his apartment in Sharjah Industrial Area, an official at Sharjah police told Gulf News on Monday.
The offical said the Operations Room had received a tip-off that led them to Industrial Area No 1, where they found the body.
“It belonged to an Iraqi man and Police know who he is,” the official said.
They believe the death is related to drug addiction, but are waiting for a forensic report to reveal the cause.
The body has been transferred to a forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
Police ruled out foul play in the incident.
