Boasting one of the best bodies in the business, Bips has honed her diet routine so that it fits in perfectly with her busy schedule - which has resulted in the actress following a six-meals-a-day plan. With her diet consisting of three larger meals and three small snacks, Bips reveals, "Breakfast is egg whites, toast and porridge; a typical lunch would be green vegetables, dal, grilled chicken or fish, green salad." And what's her ultimate no-no? "Strictly no rice!"

The gorgeous US TV presenter and Dancing With The Stars contestant sticks to a strict exercise routine to maintain her famous shape, but admits she can't get through a workout session without pumping tunes. "I listen to high-energy music, like Pitbull. It gets me fired up," says the 33-year-old. Her trainer, Andrea Orbeck, reveals that she takes her client through five circuit-training sessions a week, including "killer" one-minute treadmill incline runs.

"You have to eat a really clean diet, a lot of kale and salmon," says Scarlett of her new approach. "Basically you get all your nutrients and then train like crazy."

Desi Boyz star Dips refuses to let one day slide without having done some form of exercise, and mixes up her routine so that she is not at the gym every day. "I go to the gym whenever I can, [even] when I am travelling, I do make it a point to work out in the hotel gym," she says, revealing that she mixes up those cardio and weight-training sessions with "walking twice a day, half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening." And coupled with evening yoga sessions - "It helps rejuvenate my mind and body" - dance aerobics - "It helps keep me fit" - and badminton - "It helps me in terms of flexibility" - Deepika is certainly one of the fittest ladies in B-Town.

Jessica changes up her exercise routine on a regular basis in order to keep shocking her body into staying in shape and maintaining her weight. And the A-Team actress's trainer, Jason Walsh, reveals of her routine, "She hits the track and jogs for half a mile, then does two 200-metre, 150-metre, and 100-metre sprints. This type of cardio interval training leans her out." Adding of her weight-training regime, "We tend to use lighter weights and do more reps. We keep moving, so it becomes a cardio workout, too."

The stunning star, who (annoyingly!) admits, "I do not have a tendency to put on weight", follows the simple 80/20 approach to dieting - which means being good 80 per cent of the time and treating herself 20 per cent of the time. "What I do try to avoid is oily food," advises the29-year-old. "I don't have that in excess. And my daily diet consists of regular food like chapati, vegetables, soups, salads, rice, dal and lots of fruits. Also juices and water are very high on my intake list." Adding of her ‘cheat days', "I indulge over weekends - bingeing on chocolates, cakes and tandooris."

Famous for her strict approach to dieting, Gwyneth admits to detoxing for 12 weeks every year, insisting that she has a plethora of food allergies. "I have a lot of inflammation in my system, so I'm not having anything I'm allergic to - no gluten, no dairy, no sugar," she says of the plan. Adding of why she swears by detoxing, "I'll wake up exhausted; I can feel my adrenal cortex being really high. When I get into bed, my heart will pound, my skin won't be good, I'll feel cranky, and then I'll just know it's time."

Leonardo DiCaprio's model girlfriend admits that she makes time every day to exercise, insisting of yoga, "Even if you don't have time for a big workout, stretching in the morning and night really changes your body." "The key to a killer body starts with loving the body you already have and taking 5-15 minutes each day to just sit and breathe," she says of her client's daily regime. "[Jen] adds eating organic fresh fruits and veggies, eliminating sugar and drinking half of [her] body weight in ounces(ie, 120lbs = 60oz) [as] essential to good health."

The Tees Maar Khan actress admits to working out three times a week for one hour at a time - during which she mixes up swimming, jogging and core exercises. But it is her diet, rather than her exercise regime, which the star is more focused on as a way to stay in shape. Switching out processed foods for fruit, vegetables, salads and grilled fish, Kat has also ditched her beloved rice dishes to avoid carb-bloat and starch turning to fat. "I eat the right foods at the right time," she says. "No carbs late at night."

Busy Kim has to maximise her workout time to get as much as she can done to fit into her hectic schedule, and the reality TV star's personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, says that means no time for resting. "Every minute is accounted for," he says. "You go from running to pull-ups to lunges and crunches to overhead presses. You get more work done in the same time." And the E! star has revealed of her healthy diet, "I wake up and eat eggs with turkey bacon, then salad for lunch and fish, pasta or chicken for dinner."

The 48-year-old Australian supermodel, who still wows in a bikini on the beach, has admitted that she changes up her workout routine constantly, but that she always exercises outside and takes 60 minutes out of her day to do so. "I do an hour every day of some kind of physical activity. I mix it up," she says. "If I'm in the mountains I ski, if I'm near water I'll swim. I might do a yoga or spin class. I also take my running shoes and iPod with me wherever I go." Adding, "Running is not only a really effective way to stay fit, it's a sort of moving meditation and a great way to explore new towns when I'm travelling."

Tending to go vegetarian when she is abroad, Kareena sticks to cereal with banana, protein shakes and soups; snacking on bananas, dried fruit and dal when she's up in the air, and grilled vegetables and parathas in Mumbai. And Divekar reveals of Bebo's fave snack, "On the Ra.One song shoot, I gave Kareena makhaana [lotus seeds] to eat as they are very nutritious and rich in minerals. She'd eat them roasted in ghee, flavoured with pepper and salt."

The Queen of Pop, 53, continues to defy the laws of ageing, and credits her incredibly toned body with dance classes. "I'm not really doing Pilates any more," she reveals. "I'm just dancing. You know, dance aerobics. I kind of do that, but the best thing for your butt is dancing."

We Found Love singer Rihanna boasts a fitness and nutrition expert on hand to get her into tour-ready shape, and swears by not eating certain food groups together. "You shouldn't mix starches with protein because there is an enzyme that exists for the processing of starches, and an enzyme that exists for the processing of protein - and they don't get along," says her trainer, Ary Nunez. "Can you imagine two enzymes having a fight in your belly? One is going to win and stay. If it's starch, it turns to glucose - not good. If it's protein, it turns to fat - also not good."

Admitting that she "always has to be swimsuit ready" means the Australian supermodel keeps her body in tip-top shape, and has revealed that she incorporates her 16-month-old son, Flynn, into her workout routine.
