Dubai: Amlak Finance said on Wednesday it plans to hold board meeting on May 15 to discuss normal business activities.

The company announced this in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website.

Amlak Finance shares closed 0.96 per cent lower at Dh1.03.

Amlak reported net profits of Dh107 million at the end of December 2016, a decrease of 20 per cent compared to Dh135 million in 2015. The company’s total revenues, however, reached Dh778 million in 2016, up by 46 per cent compared to Dh532 million in 2015.
