Appreciation: Abbas thanks UAE

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas thanked the UAE for the huge donations offered to the Palestinian people.

In a telephone conversation between Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the External Aid Coordination Committee and President Abbas, the two discussed the latest developments in Gaza.

Abbas thanked President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and orders of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai for their support to the Palestinian people and building 1,200 houses for those who lost their homes as a result of the Israeli aggression.
