Zayed charity launches social responsibility project
Abu Dhabi: The Zayed Charity has launched its social responsibility project known as the Mousuliya Initiative.
The programme, which is the first in the UAE, is being launched in a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and under the patronage of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the UAE Red Crescent Authority.
"The programme is aimed at harnessing the private sector support in social projects in the areas of health, education, environment and development for the benefit of less fortunate groups," said Dr Adil Al Shamri, Executive Director of the Zayed Charity and coordinator of the Mousuliya Initiative.
