Modesh starts tour of GCC

Dubai: Modhesh, one of Dubai's best-loved and most familiar icons, has embarked on a GCC tour as part of the DSS roadshows starting in Kuwait City yesterday.

The DSS goodwill ambassador is visiting children in charity organisations, orphanages and local hospitals. The bubbly mascot will delight children with various surprises during his two-week tour.

Modhesh is heading to Doha tomorrow followed by the Hope Centre for Children with Special Needs in Bahrain on Wednesday, and will culminate his tour in Jeddah on May 24 and 25 by visiting the city's National Home Healthcare Foundation and the Disabled Children's Association.
