Lucky seven, five times over

Dubai: Yesterday's date was remarkable enough - but one traveller was handed a bus ticket that was special five times over.

Rashad Pallikandy, an office assistant, was presented with a ticket that was printed at 07:07 on 7/7/07.

Pallikandy, who travels from Sharjah to work in Dubai, is going to hang on to the ticket hoping it will bring him good luck.

"I looked at it and thought: 'What is this number?' I will keep it for myself," he said.
