Meeting aims to develop future leaders

Dubai: The Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development (MBRPLD) recently facilitated a high-profile meeting between Ahmad Bin Bayat, Secretary General of the Dubai Executive Council and Adel Al Sharid, CEO and MBRPLD Chairman, and Mary Coughlan, Deputy Prime Minister of Ireland.

The programme has been designed to develop future national leaders. MBRPLD is a leadership development programme designed to develop the professional expertise of prospective and incumbent leaders in the UAE.

The talks centred on wide-ranging topics, including leadership development, economic progress of Dubai and also possibilities of establishing future cooperation between Ireland and Dubai to develop leaders.
