Hamdan and Maktoum receive Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers

Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, and Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler, yesterday received the Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers of the other emirates, who came to congratulate them on their new posts.

They include Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Sharjah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, Shaikh Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi, Fujairah Deputy Ruler, Shaikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince, Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Umm Al Quwain Crown Prince, and Shaikh Abdullah Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Umm Al Quwain Deputy Ruler.

Also offering greetings were Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Interior Minister, Shaikh Ahmad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Zayed Foundation, Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, Shaikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Shaikh Omar Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President's Aide D'camp, Shaikh Mohammad Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Finance Department, and Shaikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a number of shaikhs, ministers and senior officials.

The Dubai Crown Prince hosted a lunch banquet in honour of his guests. Shaikh Hamdan and Shaikh Maktoum also received the Chairman and board members of Al Ahli Sports Club and the club's first football team.

Cables: Bashar's greetings

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has received a cable of congratulations from Syrian President Bashar Al Assad. The Syrian president wished Shaikh Hamdan all success.

Shaikh Mohammad Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Finance Department, has sent a congratulatory cable to Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad. He sent a similar cable to Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
