President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has issued a federal decree appointing Major General Hamad Mohammad Thani Al Rumaithi Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces.
