Sultan receives Nobel winner

Sharjah His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Wednesday received at his office in the University of Sharjah Mohammad Younus, global economist and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.

Younus is participating as a speaker in the two-day International Conference on Excellence in Business organised by the Business College of UoS, which will discuss the works of 72 researchers and academicians from 16 countries.

During the meeting, Younus briefed Shaikh Sultan on his efforts in the field of economic and social development that have benefited millions of people around the world.
