Knowledge Horizon, an academic service provider will be hosting the fifth Autumn Gulf Education exhibition for UK Education in its premises on October 25. Aspect College

Brunel University

Brunel has been a university since 1966 and has around 13,000 students. Its campus is situated in Uxbridge on the western edge of London. City University

  • Founded in 1894 as the Northampton Institute and awarded full university status in 1966, more than two thirds of city's courses are recognised by appropriate professional bodies.

Coventry University

  • Established in 1843 as the Coventry College of Design.
  • It currently has three faculties and two schools within the University: the Coventry School of Art and Design; the School of Lifelong Learning; the faculty of engineering and computing; the faculty of health and life sciences and the faculty of business, environment and society.
  • Its research strengths have secured it three prestigious Centres of Excellence in

  • The London International College of Business and Technology (LIBT) was established in April 2003 to provide access to university education for full fee paying international students who did not qualify for direct entry but who in the right circumstances have the competency and motivation to complete an undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme.

University of Birmingham

  • Situated in the heart of England, in the UK's second city the University of Birmingham was founded over 100 years ago.

University of Bradford

  • Established In 1882 as Bradford Technical College, Bradford was granted its Royal Charter in 1966 which makes it one of the traditional universities.

University of East Anglia

  • The University of East Anglia (UEA) is situated two and a half miles from the famous historical city of Norwich.
  • The University gained its Royal Charter in 1961 and took its first students in 1963. Of more than 150 degree awarding institutions in the country, UEA is consistently ranked in the top 20 for most academic subjects.

University of Exeter

  • Exeter is one of the UK's most popular and successful universities with campuses in Exeter (Devon) and near Falmouth in Cornwall. It also has a representative office in Dubai.
  • It is through this office that the University's very popular EdD TESOL is offered on a part-time basis. There are also plans to offer a part-time MSc in Bioinfomatics and/or Medical Informatics from the Dubai office.
  • The Peninsula Medical School, a partnership between the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth and NHS, was opened in 2002 and its first students graduated this year. A new £28 million Peninsula Dental School opened in October 2007 — the first new dental school in the UK for 40 years. University of Kent

  • The four most popular courses for UAE students in 2006 in the UK were business studies, management studies, electronic and electrical engineering and computer science, all of which University of Kent offers.
  • The Kent Business School (KBS) is one of the most applied to business schools in the UK from UK and international students alike.
  • The University of Kent's Computer Science department was rated 4th in the UK National Student Survey for 2006 for the quality of its teaching.

University of Salford

  • University of Salford is located less than three kilometres from the centre of Manchester.
  • The University currently has over 18,000 students.
  • It is widely regarded as one of the UK's leading enterprise universities and is particularly famous for its links with industry, commerce and the arts.
  • More than half of researchers work in an area rated five or above in the UK government's research assessment exercise, and research in the built environment and information systems, including computer science and data networking, has been awarded the maximum 5* rating.

University of Sunderland

  • The University of Sunderland is organised into five schools, each of which is responsible for a number of related disciplines.

University of Wales, Newport

  • The University of Wales, Newport has been involved in higher education for over 80 years.

University of Warwick
