The Emirati search team finally found the body of the Omani who is thought to have fallen from a mountain.
The body was full of injuries and fractures. The sources said that the body was covered in blood.
The search team reported the case to the Omani authorities who dispatched a helicopter to recover the body.
The Emiratis guided the helicopter to the location of the body.
The sources stressed that the victim should not have climbed the mountains hunting honey especially after the frequent and urgent calls by both the UAE and Omani authorities to avoid the mountainous areas.
The sources said that unless it was urgent they would never have climbed the mountains in search for the Omani national.
