Dubai Properties, owners of Jumeirah Beach Residence, will give away a luxury apartment as prize in a raffle which is part of the Dubai Shopping Malls Group's promotion during this year's Dubai Summer Surprises.
The clutch of projects that Dubai Properties has inherited includes the Dh6-billion Jumeirah Beach Residence, one of the world's largest single-phase residential and commercial projects.
The Jumeirah Beach Residence apartment will be given to the winner of a grand draw organised by the Dubai Shopping Malls Group this summer.
