What are the charges for delivery?
Delivery is free for orders that are worth Dh100 and more, otherwise we charge Dh10.
What methods of payment are available?
Customers can pay by cash or card or by using their earned ‘Wafa’ loyalty points, which gives them a 10 per cent cashback.
How long do you take to deliver the goods?
Once a customer has checked-out, they can select/choose the most convenient time slot for them from the choices available on the website. Our deliveries take place between 9am and 9pm, days a week and products will arrive in perfect condition courtesy of aswaaq’s new fleet of temperature-controlled Dubai Municipality-approved vehicles.
What if something needs to be exchanged?
Customers can always ask for an exchange or refund within five days provided the products are unused and returned in their original condition, However, the refund or exchange policy of some products has to be made at the time of the delivery itself, especially for frozen items, butchery & poultry items, in addition to newspapers, magazines and prepaid cards.
