Cebu Pacific Air this month expanded its payment channels to include PayRemit. Passengers can now purchase tickets online, via the airline’s website or the mobile app, then take the reference number and pay at any of the 500-plus PeyRemit counters in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Canada. In the UAE, these include Al Fuad, Al Ghurair, Al Rostamani International, Delma, Emirates India International, Progoti, and UAE exchanges.
‘PayRemit allows more of our Filipino expatriates the opportunity to book year-round low fares on Cebu Pacific, and pay for these through a convenient and hassle-free payment portal. Our kababayans [fellow Filipinos] abroad have more flexibility to book and buy flights,’ said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific’s marketing VP.
