Shaikh Hamdan and Shaikh Nasser jointly clinched the championship's title
Dubai : His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has honoured Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khaifa, Captain of the Royal Bahraini Endurance Team, as winners of the Dubai Giants Endurance Championship.
Shaikh Hamdan and Shaikh Nasser jointly clinched the championship's title when they finished first at the same time. They were presented with the Golden Sword as winners of the championship. Emirati rider Ali Salman Al Sabri came third.
Shaikh Mohammad took part in the 120km-endurance race which was contested by 75 riders from different countries. Shaikh Mohammad withdrew from the race after his horse 'Al Ayed' appeared too exhausted.
