The June edition of the Jumeirah Pairs by The Lounge Spa was a close contest coming down to a card playoff with the winners being Drew Foxcroft and Paul McMahon with an excellent score of net 63 (9 under). The pair played remarkably well managing to card eight birdies and one eagle in their round.

Runner-ups, losing out to a card playoff were Jack Wanliss and Gary Williams with again a superb score of net 63. The pair played some fantastic golf with the highlight of their round being 5 net birdies in a row from hole 14 to 18.

'Beat the Pro Challenge'

There was also a ‘Beat the Pro Challenge’ on the 11th hole that was set-up by Ginger Delacrétaz, one of the Peter Cowen Academy Dubai professionals. Four golfers managed to hit their shots into the par 3 closer than Ginger, with Patrick Walton being the winner of the draw that took place at the prize giving.
