Dubai: A strong supporter of several sports events in the region, Gulf News have once again stepped in to support the Dubai Ladies Masters, one of the premier stops on the Ladies European Tour. The event takes place at Emirates Golf Club from December 8 to 14.

The 2008 event will leave an indelible imprint in the history of women's golf, with Annika Sorenstam playing her last competitive event, and Gulf News will be right there to cover the historic moment first-hand.

Promoted and organised by golf in DUBAi, the Dubai Ladies Masters will have a star-cast spearheaded by Sorenstam. The Ladies European Tour event is expected to attract many spectators, who can all come and enjoy the festivities free of charge.
