Dubai: Sri Lanka beat Pakistan by 68 runs in the second Test on the fifth and final day in Dubai on Tuesday to take the two-match series 2-0.

Pakistan, chasing 317 to win, were bowled out for 248 in their second innings with Dilruwan Perera finishing with 5-98.

Resuming at 198-5 Pakistan lost Sarfraz Ahmed for 65 while Asad Shafiq scored 112 for his 11th Test century.

Sri Lanka won the first Test by 21 runs in Abu Dhabi.

The two teams will now play a five-match one-day series followed by three Twenty20 internationals, the last of which is scheduled for Lahore on October 29.
