Life has just started
Dear Ahmad, I salute you for your patience and for your willpower to overcome such a deadly obstacle (“Life’s toughest examination fails to stop his graduation”, Gulf News, January 29). Never think your world has stopped — you can make the choice today to turn things around. Be in charge of your body rather than acting like a victim. May God give Ahmad all the strength to overcome this and move on in life. Laugh often — it is a good medicine.

Acting normal
