Abu Dhabi: Black points issued against motorists’ vehicles in absentia can now be added to the violators’ licences through Abu Dhabi Police website.
Abu Dhabi Police said it has introduced a new online service where the black points can be added to the violator’s licence through the police website. The move, part of Abu Dhabi Police strategy, aims to improve performance and transformation towards e-services and provide distinguished services to clients according to international best practices.
Major-General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi, director-general of Abu Dhabi Police and head of the Government Services Development Team, said the service comes in response to individuals, institutions and companies’ desire to get the service easily through the police website.
