Forced into a wrong turn

Frequently, I witness motorists taking a U-turn from a parallel service road when approaching Emirates Road from Sharjah University City. Before reaching Emirates Road, there is actually no U-turn on this link road. People turn left to take a U-turn, but the road is meant for drivers to only go towards the right.

I use this road often and have seen this happening many a times.

If someone is approaching at a high speed from the left side, it may even be fatal. Honestly, I think the authorities should provide a U-turn in this area because drivers really don't have another choice.

On the left side, there are many shops, groceries and laundries that people need to stop by and turning left is their only option. Providing a U-turn would solve the problem.
