Some motorists are often forced to start their day on a negative note

The picture is from an incident that happened to a friend of mine in Sharjah.
We often come across such scenarios in the UAE. Some people have no consideration for others and they park their cars in such a way that it is difficult and sometimes impossible for other drivers who have parked in proper slots to move their vehicles.
They do not consider that for a car to reverse, a certain amount of space is required and if that space is not available while parking, it is frustrating for other people. They could be all set to go to work in the morning and have to start their day on such a negative note.
Sometimes, we find cars parked at the entrance of a parking lot because the owner of the car thinks it's his or her right to park closest to the exit and is not bothered that other cars coming in and going out will face an inconvenience. I feel that such drivers should be taught a lesson — if not by fines then by some action taken against them that would make them realise that they have ruined somebody else's day.
