Beyonce shares wedding bliss

Beyonce Knowles says her wedding to Jay-Z was "beautiful".

The former Destiny's Child singer — who has previously refused to reveal details about her nuptials back in April, admits that despite the "madness" outside the venue, the interior was very different.

She said: "It was very private, and I can say outside it was paparazzi and it was madness, and inside it was really beautiful."

Beyoncé also said she has always vowed never to reveal intimate details of her personal life.

She added to US TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey: "I had to really learn how to have boundaries and how to have balance.

"It's something that I have never really talked about, and I still feel like it was difficult — and it still is — because I'm so excited about it." The 27-year-old also said that she is pleased she waited until she was in her late 20s before getting married.

"Before the age of 25 I would never get married. I feel like you have to get to know yourself, know what you want, spend some time by yourself and be proud of who you are before you can share that with somebody else," she told Seventeen magazine.

"I really don't believe that you will love the same thing when you're 20 as you do at 30."
