- 1/2 medium watermelon, peeled, cut into
- Cubes and seeds removed
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Bunch fresh mint, leaves only
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g almonds, lightly toasted and crushed
- 1 tsp zaatar
For the crumble
- Combine watermelon, tomatoes and fresh mint in a large serving bowl. Mix together crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top of salad.
- Garnish with white nasturtium flowers, if desired, and serve with fresh bread.
