  • Chicken Wings, 200 gm
  • Hot Sauce, 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup, 1 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped, 1tbsp
  • Finely Chopped garlic, 1 tsp 
  • Potatoes, cut into medium wedges 4
  • Chilli Powder, ½ tbsp
  • Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice, 1 tsp


  1. Marinate the chicken wings with the lemon juice and olive oil keep them aside.
  2. Cut the  potatoes in wedges toss them in a bit of oil to coat and put them in pre heated oven of 180? C until you see the brown colour and can also slide the tip of a knife easily through them. Remove from heat and season with 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder and salt.
  3. Take the chicken wings and cook in the same oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
