- 100ml coconut milk
- 50ml milk
- 10g sugar
- 50g sago
- 50g dates
- Combine the coconut milk, milk and sugar in a pan and heat. Remove from heat when it comes to a boil.
- Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add sago. Stir well to avoid burning. Boil sago for about 10 mins, stirring well until it turns translucent. Then reduce heat and allow to cook thoroughly.
- Add milk-coconut mix to cooked sago and chill in the refrigerator.
- Fill half a cocktail glass with dates. Pour the chilled sago sweet soup over and serve immediately.
