Quitting during probation

Can you please tell me what the rule is for leaving a job before the probationary period? I have received an excellent offer from another company. I am an engineer with a degree.

I would like to advise the questioner not to submit his resignation within the probation period even if his contract is for an unlimited period, as he will be subject to a six-month ban by the Ministry of Labour and the sponsor may also request the ministry to add an extra six months on the period of the ban, as the questioner has not completed one year with the sponsor and the ministry might respond to such a request.
